Yes, if a store changes owners the old owner does have the right to tell the new owner a person is not allowed in the store. The new owner, however, will decide whether to follow this advice.

It is legal for landlord to tell you, you are not getting your deposit back before moving out. According to California security deposit laws, after a tenancy is terminated, a landlord has 21 days to return the tenant's deposit in full.

It seems odd it would be mentioned in your medical records, but I don't believe it violates anything. Criminal records, including sentencing orders, are public records.

My condolences. You will need to contact attorneys with experience with defective air bags. This is not my area law, but air bags are restraint devices like seat belts. The seat belt (or him not wearing one) appears to be a obstacle.

The LLC needs to be represented by an attorney, except in small claims court. The fact there is only one owner is irrelevant. Sorry.
