Q: How to do a Summary dissolution divorce in Minnesota?

I believe we check all the requirements to get a Summary Dissolution Divorce in Minnesota, the only concern is the amount of money in our joint account and the leased car we have. I would like some legal advice on it, thank you!

Q: Is tracking someone's location and going out to that specific persons location intentfully fall under the 4th Amendment?

As asked above, would they need probable cause to obtain the location/use the location. How about investatory purposes? There would need to be probable cause, correct?

CA Penal Code 302. It violates First Amendment. Police arrest and the City Attorney in Los Angeles Prosecutes under this code.

You can argue that you did not disrupt a religious meeting and the law is vague in the criminal case. Many others don't share your view that it is vague; you will need to keep calling until you find someone who does.

I apologize, I don't know what notice you were entitled to without reaching the law and knowing exactly what happened. Why didn't you receive notice from your friend who was letting you park there? Why was it deemed abandoned?

It would really depend on the specifics. It may not be identy theft, but it could be fraud concerning others. If the person is using your address to gain advantages or benefits, both of you could be held accountable.

The victims and witnesses can make statements that will be included in the police report. The prosecutor determines what charges are filed.

You could win in court even if you don’t have a written contract with the buyer. Since you already had a relationship established it benefit you. On the other hand, advertising is a incredibly broad term.

Privileged information can be used in defending against malpractice allegations. It certainly wouldn't be fair to allow a client make outrageous allegations that can easily be disproven.
