We don't know a great deal of info based on the above. However, in general, we advise against resigning. Make them fire you instead if they want you gone. Among other reasons, it is hard to collect unemployment insurance benefits if you quit.

Q: My boyfriend went through my phone while I was sleeping and stole private photos of mine. He took a picture of them

With his phone and is now threatening to use them against me and show other people. Can the police force him to remove the photos that he took without my consent?

She must first report this to Human Resources or the manager above his manager, preferably in writing. More facts would be needed, but yes you can. Be mindful of time limitations that apply to your case, including but not limited to time limits to bring an EEOC charge ( a prerequisite to filing suit) and time limits to file a lawsuit. Discuss in private with counsel.

Q: My male coworker has been making advances of a sexual nature at me when all of my coworkers go out for drinks afterward.

Job interview held at the individuals home for a personal assistant so I didn’t think anything of it being in his home.

it depends on the circumstances. Did you communicate that you didn't want to have sex? Did the dog exhibit any aggressive behavior?

Q: Can my ex-wife's attorney hire my two minor girls and still represent her in a new case involving the family?

Divorced in 2014 re-opened the case in 2017 by me to modify the time sharing agreement. Her attorney, male, has hired my two Minor girls on several occasions to clean his house. On other occasions he has hired one minor girl. How can he still be her attorney in a court of law?

Depends. If you had an hr department and Formal policies probably not. If however the harassment made it so severe and hostile and there was no one to complain to because the harasser was the person who would handle the complaint then maybe a claim can be made.

Sure, you can report him, but that doesn't mean that they have to do anything about it. Sexual harassment normally can only be punished when it occurs in the employee-employer relationship, and it doesn't appear that you are an employee.
