Do you really expect an answer to this without providing all of the facts? A stipulation is an agreement between parties in a lawsuit. It appears that the parties have agreed to a protective order, concerning discovery. Look up the rule.
I was given three tickets. No registration, insurance, and fleeing. but I did not flee I walked to the end of the block to give a friend the street name. I am not a resident of Hawaii and not sure what to do ?

I am accused of being in a public park after closing hours and having alcohol there.
As shown on his death certificate said employee died from natural causes. Family members took care of all funeral, transportation to burial place outside of Hawaii and other related expenses.

I filed appeal four years ago. After each motion denied, defendant attorneys state I didn't file an appeal?
Can you file appeals of other motions in the case, such as stay of eviction, while something is already on appeal?

For the suit to be effective against you, you must be a party to the mortgage loan agreement in some capacity. Alternatively, the suit may apply to you as the executor of your father's estate, if you hold that position. I would need some more details in order to answer your question better.
