No. Take a copy of your custody papers to the dr and explain that the relative doesn’t have possession or custody anymore.

Q: Pain and suffering from a covid test at the hospital

Went to the local hospital to get check for check pain they wanted to covid test me so they did but after doing so and having negative results the nurse went to far up my nasal cavity and damage something up there been having a headache for over a week and half and won't go away

Q: how can an individual sell a home to a relative for 1$ and how much will this affect Medicaid?

I don’t immediately see any criminal law issues for your question. That sounds like a health insurance billing issue. You could try contacting someone with the Department of insurance In your home state.
