I am sorry, but you don't ask a question. Does this have to do with child support or something else? You really don't say much.
My adult daughter (age 43) sustained a TBI and is not eligible for SSI because she had insufficient employment history when the TBI occurred. Although she lives independently, her long-term disability confounds her navigation of the complex procedures/processes.

If your date last insured in in 2015 then you would have to prove that you became disabled before that date in order to be paid Title 2 disability benefits based on your work history.
