Q: Can I sue a contractor for the terrible job he did installing a patio?

I have pictures to proud it and also had another contractor to come out and look at it and if wrote me a detailed list of what is wrong and have me a bid to basically redo the patio.

Q: I need to sue a company that sold me CBD for pain that turned out to have THC in it which will have extreme consequences

I failed a preemployment drug test with the largest employer of healthcare providers in the state of Missouri because I was using CBD. I will lose my job, but much much worse I could lose my license to practice healthcare in the state of Missouri.

Q: I was about to use Miles hydraulic oil 303 in my tractor, but discovered that this product, if used, would damage my

machine and a class action suit was settled earlier. I would like to find out if I can at least get back what I paid for an unopened 5 gallon container of said oil and how to go about filing for this.

Q: I made a purchase online and canceled it, and received a refund. The company shipped it anyway. Do I return?

The order was canceled and I received a refund. It shows a zero balance for the item. Am I obligated to return the item?

Anyone can sue anyone for anything. That doesn’t mean you have a viable claim. I don’t believe such a suit would go far but you are free to sue.

With limited exceptions, under Missouri law a party to a contract cannot simply change his or her mind. Courts are there to adjudicate contract claims when parties cannot agree and someone files a lawsuit.

They are responsible for the truck, so you will want to ask them for the name of their insurance company. You will need to figure out what tools you had, brand name, model number, and pull the costs from online or if you have receipts make copies of them.

You have the right to represent yourself, but unless you comply with the local court rules, rules of civil procedure, and relevant statutes, you will quickly find the experience to be a frustrating one. It might cost you more in the long run not to have hired a good attorney at the outset.

If the car gets repossessed and sold you may still be sued for the deficiency.
