It's a classic situation where she might have even showed you a fake ID. Doesn't matter unfortunately. Might help with a plea deal though. Speak with your attorney. Good luck.

Q: Hi I live in Connecticut I was denied my pistol permit today due to a misdeameanor drug charge

You should clear the outstanding arrest warrants by turning yourself in, then bond out, hire a criminal defense attorney and enter the program. Otherwise, you may find yourself arrested while your in the program. Best of luck

YES you have to report it. Lying on an application to a bar is an offense worse than possession of marijuana - be truthful and consult an attorney who works on bar applications
