Q: The defendant in my civil case admitted to a federal crime under oath during testimony. What can I do about that?

I filed a civil suit and during the trial after everyone was sworn in the defendant not only admitted to a federal crime but provided proof that he had possession of the counterfeit document, knowing it was a counterfeit document and submitted a photo copy of that document as evidence.... Mere possession of a counterfeit document is not necessarily a crime.

It's not really up to the judge to do anything. You could, if you want, report it to the federal authorities, and see if they want to prosecute.

Yes, it does seem as though it may be some sort of a scam. A stranger who you met online sending you stuff such as cash is suspicious. Contact the Department of Homeland Security &/or the FBI.

Did you file a police report for fraud? That's about the extent of what you can do in the criminal realm. You may be able to pursue civil claims for fraud. I suggest speaking with an attorney. Good luck.

In order to have someone assist you on this very serious matter, try to phrase this as a question. For example, what question do you want an answer to? Ex: Can they do that? What should you do next? You may want to directly consult with a criminal defense attorney in your area.

Your question doesn't make a lot of sense. What is a "Me Too crime"? What state was it committed in? What state will be prosecuting? What does it have to do with Florida? And what would a personal injury claim have to do with a criminal prosecution?
