That's weird. A reporter must provide a requested transcript to a party to the case if the party pays the estimated cost up front, and an appropriate motion to the court may be made to seek relief. Which law applies depends on which court you're in.

It depends on all of the specific facts of your situation. Generally speaking, DOJ cannot reach a spouse's separate property unless the property constitutes the proceeds of your crime or was obtained with the proceeds of your crime.

Mere possession of a counterfeit document is not necessarily a crime.

It's not really up to the judge to do anything. You could, if you want, report it to the federal authorities, and see if they want to prosecute.

Yes, it does seem as though it may be some sort of a scam. A stranger who you met online sending you stuff such as cash is suspicious. Contact the Department of Homeland Security &/or the FBI.

Did you file a police report for fraud? That's about the extent of what you can do in the criminal realm. You may be able to pursue civil claims for fraud. I suggest speaking with an attorney. Good luck.
