Motorcycle accident, life flighted
answered on Sep 11, 2018
You can only reopen an injury case if you immediately appeal the dismissal and can show clear error on the Court's part. "New evidence" doesn't allow the civil case to be reopened. But why not consult a member of the Ga Trial Lawyers Assn--they give free consults.
My question is, there is no arrest warrant for poss. to start with, so how can a bench warrant be issued for that charge legally?
answered on Aug 29, 2018
If the warrant was validly issued you can be arrested. Whether you are guilty of the charge is a separate inquiry. For argument's sake the sale of marijuana presumes that the person possessed the marijuana at some point to make the sale.
Far enough to stop or beep. They did neither one, impact shows high speeds, still considering my fault being that I was pulling out? I did yeild to drivers before vehicle.vehicle behind car moved because vehicle was stopping, I was leaving taco Bell, also can I get footage from taco Bell?
answered on Aug 21, 2018
Try to get footage. Generally though the person who is pulling out of a driveway must yield the right of way to any oncoming traffic, even if that oncoming traffic is a bit of a yo-yo. However I'd suggest you contact a member of the Ga. Trial Lawyers Assn in your county--they give free consults.

Consult with a personal injury attorney. He/she will know the best course of action to take in obtaining this information for you.
If it is possible how do I go about it?
answered on Jul 26, 2018
First, make sure that there is a criminal case. You can always sue. The question is: What can I get out of it, if I sue? You should call a lawyer and see what your options are. Its a personal injury case so a phone consult will be free or should be free.
He’s put his hands on me 3 times for thinking “I was cheating”. The last time was the worst. Right after the altercation, he had sex with me as a way to “make up” for his wrongdoing and I questioned him over and over as to why would he have sex with me after he became so physical.
My grandson and I were stopped and then rear ended hard. Massive damage to my car and believe its totaled. Plus it has left me with suffering and injuries. You would have to show they knew the other kid had lice. But yes, you could make a claim against them. However they may not be happy to have your youth in that daycare, so make alternate daycare plans. Contact a member of the Ga.Trial Lawyers Assn for your county--they give free consults.
Husband has Parkinsons. He wants an RV, but I refused to cut a check from the LLP. He has managed to borrow on two credit cards that are in his name. This is outside of the LLP and without my endorsement. Is the LLP libel for any wrecks or nonpayments that he may incur?

You need to consult the lawyer that drew up the llp (hopefully not drawn up by an online site), consult an elderlaw attorney. I'd also suggest a family therapist because just erecting walls won't help your relationship.

You are required to file a report within 30-60 days under most policies. If it's not over that file one. Second, ask DMV to have the guy's license & tags suspended. If he has a policy that should do it. Last but not least contact a member of the Md. Assn for Justice-they give free consults.

In the fall I hurt my back. For 9 years the pain just kept getting worse. I ended up having surgery in Nov.2017. I am still out of work to this day and in jeopardy of losing my job. After the accident they gave me a office job, and I pretty much made my own hours. I'm guessing this was to pacify me.
answered on Mar 6, 2018
Maybe not. It depends on what has happened in the meantime. Best to walk through it with a workers comp lawyer to be sure. My office offers free consultations.
