No. So long as the mask wearer is not engaged in any criminal activity.

Anyone can follow you in a private vehicle anywhere but they have no jurisdiction once they leave the home state. Only the FBI can go state to state with full jurisdiction.

Not if it is disruptive in the work place. KY is an at will employment state which means they can fire you for any reason or no reason. I’d pick a battle elsewhere so you don’t wind up unemployed.

Until covid-19 is over, you’re stuck bc the courses are closed except for emergencies. The PO cannot prevent you from getting married but she can prevent you from moving until approval from the Court is obtained.

File a challenge to the seizure and hire a family law attorney immediately. If all the proceeds they seized were SSI and you can prove it, you can likely get that money back. Q: Emt drivers failed to shut my gate to my house after leaving allowing my daughter to get out and get in my car and pass

They allowed my daughter out of my house and gate I use to keep her from leaving and out of danger since they left it open my daughter was able to get in my car and pass away from hyperthermia

Q: I opened a case in Grayson county Ky for a defacto custody and it was put off while an illegal adoption took place.

The adoption got overturned but to this day I have not had mt day in court. I have a right to call m witnesses and present my case and was denied that right. I would like to sue for violation of my constitutional rights.
