Sure. You can argue no reasonable suspicion. However, you also need a good backup plan.

Inventory searches are semi-protected under the law. It really depends on the facts and what probable cause the police had and if anything was in plain view. I think you need to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney immediately.

Q: Can a police officer who is using unnecessary force deny your request to speak to the chief while you’re detained?

Whether the officer is using unnecessary force is a question for the jury. Regardless, the officer does not have to allow you to speak to the chief. You may have to do that when you are not detained.

Q: Got pulled over for 100 in a 55 coming home from work got me wreck less driving and 26 or greater over clean record

Had expired insurance from where I moved I had not received updated ones yet and I have to change address on my license witch is all taken care of.

Fleeing and evading is sufficient probable cause for you to be pulled over.

Find a lawyer to enforce the judgment and execute on the employer. If they are still in business, they have assets.

Q: Can the police force me an my family to leave our house for them to wait on a search it?

They forced us to leave our house before they got a warrant of any kind so that they could search my house. How can they force me to leave my property so they can go thru it they told me that if I stayed I would most definitely go to jail
