Q: Which parent will receive disability benefits for the minor children?

If the non custodial parent receives disability and the children get benefits from the disabled parents benefits, which parent receives the children’s benefits each month?

The custodial parent receives the children's benefits as long as a copy of the Custody Judgment has been sent to the agency.

9 years ago you had a felony conviction. In one more year you are, under state law, allowed to own a firearm. Under federal law, you are not. Which means you can get a state, but not federal, hunting license and are still subject to arrest for a federal offense.

Q: Who has the right to an abandoned safety deposit box after the death of a parent. The children or spouse?

Q: There was a warrant, not physically given to owner of property as per requested, executed on property was this legal?

There was a knock and see by a task force who then considered statement made by a room mate staying on property that admitted to using drugs personally, not on property probable cause for issuance of said warrant.

Yes of course it is still binding unless you were married and never completed divorce.
