Q: I recently discovered my sister in law posted false accusations about my husband and I on a website.

After discovering, my husband and I contacted her through cell phone. I recorded the conversation and eventually she admitted to posting this. Does sheriffs office do anything about this or would I have to contact an attorney?

Slander is not a criminal offense. However you should consult with an attorney to find out if the slander is actionable in civil court.

Mortgage is irrelevant. Your attorney needs to press for partition of community property to get her evicted.

Q: Hi, my fiancé was pulled over for a sticker on the back of his truck which says “#teamfuckit” which is our mudd riding

Q: I was flying my drone when officers pulled up to my house and took it from me with no reason give me given in they do

Q: I was a 1099 employee appointed with the company. ........

The upper lines put in surveillance cameras in the workplace. They claimed these cameras had no audio. But now, after leaving, I have determined they do have active audio. There are no signs or notices in the building about the audio surveillance. Is that legal?
