Q: I was flying my drone when officers pulled up to my house and took it from me with no reason give me given in they do

They said I was flying illegally when I told them that I was registered and licensed to fly and knew the rules and I was in the correct on Law they didn't know what to do and took my drone and laugh

Q: I was a 1099 employee appointed with the company. ........

The upper lines put in surveillance cameras in the workplace. They claimed these cameras had no audio. But now, after leaving, I have determined they do have active audio. There are no signs or notices in the building about the audio surveillance. Is that legal?

Q: What is a possible sentencing or punishment for a first offense on domestic violence/child endangerment law?

There was a domestic violence act between a man (the offender) and woman in the household, a child was around and got hurt unintentionally.

Q: I'm on misdemeanor probation in Deridder La for giving a false name I haven't reported in a year because I was homeless

But in that time I got a psychological evaluation and went to rehab a moved into a sober living house a few cities away I have harmed no one and have caught no charges what can I do besides go to jail and ruin everything I've worked so hard get

Q: Can the comissioner deny my dissolution request of the stay away order

Wait until she serves you with something. Then hire a community property lawyer quickly because partition of community property does not prescribe.
