Your question might be beyond the scope of this Q & A forum - that could be why it remained open for three weeks. I'm sorry for your difficult position with the loss of the license. This is a very narrow area of law; there are attorneys out there who handle commercial fishing license... View More
... from the last state in which it was registered and has not been registered since. Would there be ramifications to me or the charity about no current registration?

An Oregon attorney (or an attorney in the last state in which the car was registered) could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. In terms of the charity-related issues, it could depend on the organization. Some want a complete folder of paperwork including title, registration,... View More

I recommend you have the senior contact Bend Legal Aid for assistance: (541) 385-6950
Likely the senior will need to install the mailbox or mail slot at their home and inform the Postal Service.

He could be breaking the law, BUT it sounds more like a small claims or employment matter. That being said, there are some things that you need to consider. There doesn't need to be a written and signed document for you and your employer to have an agreement, but that is always best. You could... View More

Depends on how you were injured, as in whose fault was it. Be careful, you have to send a tort claim notice within 180 days of the injury though.

There probably is, but it would be time consuming to find those few who do. That said, you do not need an Oregon attorney, you need an AZ one that does wrongful death. Just do a Google search for wrongful death attorney in the closest bigger city and then make some calls.

No. You will have a personal injury lawsuit just like you would in any type of car accident, but you have to do what is called a tort claim notice if the government agency is an Oregon State or Local Agency and that notice needs to be sent out within 180 days of the accident or you lose your... answered on Jun 12, 2017
It is not clear if you reside in Oregon, or if you reside elsewhere and this probate is taking place in Oregon. But just understand that county records that are for property tax purposes may not reflect the proper value of the real estate. I would try looking on a commercial website such as... View More

Unlikely you would prevail against the police on this, as they did not do the damage. If you have insurance, file a claim. If the claim is accepted, your insurance company my go after the police in subrogation if they think there is a case.

The judge declared the case as not a tort, despite multiple (uncontested) tortuous acts.

The judge is just that. Not knowing the background no one can say--but I suggest you ask your attorney. If you don't have one, then at least get a consultation. Sounds like the judge has ruled against you and you need to know & understand what is happening.
