Yes. But if it's that severe you should have a lawyer. Contact a member of the State of Washington Trial Lawyers Assn for the county where it happened. They give free consults. If you have wage loss protection that may cover some of this.
I was working in McDonalds. For about 4 months starting in July, ending in October. It was my first job, as a 15 year old. Sounds like all you have is a workers comp claim. Can’t sue your employer or coworker because barred by workers comp law.
lucky to get to my car or my apartment without being bitten but I don't feel safe in my neighborhood and my neighbor gets aggressive when I tell him he needs to have his dog on a leash. Is there any way I can compel him to keep better watch over his pet?
answered on Dec 26, 2018
You can report the matter to the police if he's off-leash on public property, or to the property manager if it's a multi-tenant private property. If the dog threatens you by actually growling and accosting you, you may be able to report this as criminal assault to the police. More details... View More

Workers comp was approved, UW Center for Excellence Occupational Medicine determined Benzene contributed. Why is it so hard to find representation? A guy spills McDonalds coffee on his lap and it's a slam dunk, but LEUKEMIA??? No.

Good for you for looking.
Short answer: extremely expensive to prove in court, and the Supreme Court made it very difficult especially if the problem (leukemia) is something that can be caused by just .....being.

I don’t practice in Washington, D.C., but no one picked up your question for two weeks. It could be worth your time to consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction who handles slip and fall cases. In the very least, you could ask about deadlines and statutes of limitations you must act before to... View More

If there was a call made to 911, that information can be tracked down. If you have substantial injuries and need financial compensation, then it is worth contacting a lawyer to investigate. There may be reason to pursue criminal charges as well, which a lawyer could certainly help you with.
