Unless she is harassing you because of your status in a protected class (i.e., race, ethnicity, disability, etc.) or the harassment is sexual in nature, there is likely no legal recourse. If that is the case, it sounds like your best option may be to move departments.

When you say you are being pursued, do you mean there is a warrant for your arrest? You can check this on the UJS portal. 8 years is a long time to leave a case open unless the allegations are very serious. You should have a confidential consultation with a defense attorney. They should be able... Read more »

Best of luck to you.
Is this libel if names are not used and locations are not mentioned? What defines Libel?

As an initial matter, libel consists of the written word, whereas slander is the spoken word. Whether its' libel or slander, they require the information to be false. The defense to a libel or slander lawsuit is the truth. To answer your other question, yes, you can tell stories of people by... Read more »

He would have to show both FALSE allegations, and prove his FINANCIAL damages, and that may be very difficult.
He should at least contact an attorney in PA who handles defamation cases. Go to Super Lawyers site, and look up civil attorneys near his location, who handle slander claims.
