Unless she is harassing you because of your status in a protected class (i.e., race, ethnicity, disability, etc.) or the harassment is sexual in nature, there is likely no legal recourse. If that is the case, it sounds like your best option may be to move departments.

Truth is an absolute defense for slander/libel charges. But can he still sue you and drag your through the court system? Surely, but you would have a defense to his civil lawsuit against you.

He would have to show both FALSE allegations, and prove his FINANCIAL damages, and that may be very difficult.
He should at least contact an attorney in PA who handles defamation cases. Go to Super Lawyers site, and look up civil attorneys near his location, who handle slander claims.
