Logically, it should not count towards the unemployment as the employer PAYS for its employee sick days.

I was arrested on criminal allegations but the case has been dropped and the police told me it is deemed no further action. I want to apply to a different work but I’m concerned that it will show on my dbs. How can i request for this record to be deleted?

Once the criminal case was dismissed you may file a Petition to Seal and Expunge the criminal arrest. Ask the local county court clerk for more guidance where and what to file.

Even generally, unless that Order of Protection is removed then technically that groom does not have any legal right to make any proximal physical contact with you, let alone marrying you, per terms and conditions of that order.

Have his attorney provide a better way to handle that correctly.

You may obtain a singed, notarized Power of Attorney from your mother authorizing you to act on her behalf with respect to her legal rights as the co owner of that property in order to complete the transaction without her attending it.

No, you may not move out of the State of Illinois, even if you become 18, unless the terms and conditions of your Illinois probation permit that out of state move. Ask your assigned PO or the attorney who worked on your criminal case.

It is not possible to determine what holds up the signing by the other party which was agreed to be signed by both. Possibly you need to discuss legal methods to facilitate that signing or case completion with a counsel of your choice even remotely.

You are contractually obligated to report a CONVICTION of a state felony or misdemeanor, however, if your present case is still pending, your are presumed innocent until proven guilty under both state and federal constitutions.
