You should report the matter to the police. This could be a scam. Do not pay any money.

If you received probation before judgment, it can be expunged. If you did not receive probation before judgment, it is not an offense that can be expunged at the present time.

You should not be charged for harboring a fugitive if you did not know he had a warrant. He should retain an attorney to represent him on the criminal charges or go to the Public Defender if he cannot afford private counsel.

A probation before judgment can be expunged. A conviction for this type of charge probably cannot be expunged, but you should speak with a lawyer so they can know the exact section for which you were charged.

Q: if i have a handicapped permit visibly displayed, can I park in any handicapped space wherever I want?

I parked in a handicapped space to visit my friend at her apartment building and I was towed from a handicapped space with my handicapped placard clearly visible.

If you have a valid handicap permit properly displayed, you have the right to park in a handicap space. You should seek a refund of all towing fees and storage costs.

Contact Uber Eats and tell them what happened. You should ask for a refund. If they deny the refund, dispute the charge on your credit card.

In order for there to be a violation of probation, she must have been on probation at the time the offense was committed. If she was not on probation when she allegedly committed the acts, then there will not be a VOP.

Your other options are for your ex boyfriend to refinance the house in his name alone and to buy you out, for you to refinance the house in your name alone (with his consent) and you buy him out, or you both agree to sell the house.

You should be eligible under the REDEEM Act of 2023. This charge should be able to be expunged seven years from the end of probation/parole assuming no new charges.

You can sue for treble damages (three times the amount due) under the Maryland Wage Payment and Collection law. You should speak with an employment lawyer. You can also file a complaint with the Department of Labor of the State of Maryland.

The "B" restriction is corrective lenses.

The "J" restriction is "Other" so you would need to contact the MVA to see the restriction in your case.

You should stop posting information online since you have admitted to a crime. You could be charged with fraud and theft. I would not speak further with anyone about this case. You should retain counsel if you are charged.

You would review the insurance policy to see if it is covered. All insurance policies are different. In addition, your own insurance policy may cover it if the condo policy does not. Make sure you report it to the police.

It is not theft if he allows you to use the car with his permission. However, he can demand the car back at any time since he is the sole person on the title.

If you received a stet, nolle prossequi, or probation before judgment, it can be expunged. If you were convicted, an attorney would have to review the exact charge to see if it is eligible for expungement. Only certain convictions are eligible. You speak to an attorney.

Q: Can MVA come on private property and take your plate off of your vehicle?

They came on my property. My vehicle has insurance and they took my vanity tags off of my truck.

If your tags were expired, they can retrieve your tags. I assume you did not have a "no trespassing" sign on your property. Absent a "no trespassing" sign, someone can come on your property and retrieve something that they are entitled to take.

Since you both own the truck, he had the right to take the vehicle. You both have equal rights to the vehicle. Since you are both on the title, the title cannot be transferred unless you both agree.
