Q: If I can follow someone who stole/scammed me out of my BTC currency is there a way of getting back?

I was scammed by someone who claimed to be working as a broker for Bitmap cryptocurrency. I found out once they told me whoops I gave you too much money can you please send me back this much through cash app. I was like oh man this is a freaking scam thing it so I am out at $2000 so far with them

If your name is on the title, you can damage your own car. If his name is on the title, he can fill out a drop charge form at the DA's office.

Q: Does a prenup help with tax issues?

My boyfriend has back taxes he owes from before we were together. If we decide to get married would a prenup keep my refund from being taken to cover his debt? We live in Louisiana, or is there someway other than filing married but separately because we wouldnt get the deductions? Thanks!

Q: I was at a slot machine at the casino where someone left their cell phone. I took the phone when I left the machine.

Q: What to do If a motion was filed to place proceeds from selling of a home into the courts registry?

You should hire a criminal attorney to fe a Speedy Trial Motion b/c it sounds like the DA does not have it's case together so your attorney should hold their feet to the fire.
