If your name is on the title, you can damage your own car. If his name is on the title, he can fill out a drop charge form at the DA's office.

You should hire a criminal attorney to fe a Speedy Trial Motion b/c it sounds like the DA does not have it's case together so your attorney should hold their feet to the fire.
The defendant is 22 with a 16 year old. The defendant was charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. The defendant has no prior criminal charges. The sexual contact was oral only.
