Q: Concern about legal exposure from tipping at a massage parlor using Zelle.

Several months ago, I went to a well-reviewed massage parlor in a reputable area and paid a tip using Zelle for a massage. I later discovered the place might be sketchy and am concerned about legal exposure if the parlor gets involved in illegal activities. Although I haven't been contacted by... View More

I would not expect this tip to be an issue unless it was out of line with other tippers. If you gave someone an unusually large tip and the place was investigated, I would expect that you could be questioned about what services were provided to you for that tip. At this juncture, it's too... View More

If you signed an agreement using your Roblox username, it can still carry weight, especially within the Roblox platform. Online agreements, even under usernames or aliases, may be considered valid if both parties clearly agreed to the terms. What matters most is whether there was mutual consent and... View More

If you're receiving SSDI, the key issue is whether your activity counts as work, not just whether the income is earned or unearned. SSDI is based on your ability to engage in Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA), which usually involves work that shows you're no longer disabled under Social... View More

I think you would have to file a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction to order her to remove them. But I think you also would have to add what harm they are doing to you. And put when the last time was that she put one up. Children don't have control of who takes care of them.

If your new product can be protected because of its new process (it does something that no other product does) perhaps your protection is not from the type of structure but in...
