If the judge previously told him he would grant shock probation in 60 days, he will likely be shock probated after 60 days.

No. If it is an arrest warrant, you can’t just appear and have it set aside yourself. You need to hire an attorney to attempt to have your Attorney argue for the Judge to set aside or convert the warrant.

Q: Is it identity theft if a person gives permission for a utility bill to be in their name and then also live at address

I was told my son who is 20 has an open investigation on me over his credit brcaose of some utility bills in his name, if he gave permission for saod bills, then that's not illegal correct?

I don’t understand you’re a fact pattern. It would only be identity theft if someone tries to assume an identity or get a benefit from using another persons identity.

You never have to take a charge you always have the right to go to trial but if you want to get off Bond or HIP or other restrictions and you choose to plead guilty you give up many rights including the right to go to trial.

Q: A perso i know used someone else bank account to pay my utility bill and now they want to charge me for it what do i do?

They sent out a warrant for my arrest because i didnt go and sighn a statement , witch i was going to because i thought he was using his money and i aggreed to pay him back with intrest.. he lied to me and now im in trouble..

Since you already have r a warrant you need to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney to try and get the warrant set aside and start fighting the case. I would also save any text, e-mail or social media communications you have had with the guy that fraudulently used the card.

Should be, especially if he left with the merchandise and you have the coinciding register receipts for the transaction.

Q: My older brother keeps using my card on his XBox for $15.89. Can I press charges?

I used it once and told him to take my card off his system, I got a notification a few days ago that it tried to go through again and told him AGAIN to take it off. Now it has went through AGAIN and he's mocking me that there's nothing I can do.

I've had my accounts hacked into and blocked. Can access my actual credit report from the 3 bureaus, even after paying for the service.
