If you have been convicted of a crime, and you indicated on your job application that you have not been convicted of a crime, then your employer can terminate your employment for providing false information on your application.

Yes, your employer can require a drug test without notice based on reasonable suspicion.

Q: I got hurt/burnt at work, at a nursing home. Someone left oil and food on the grill and set off the fire alarm.

Q: I live in MA and am being sued in Utah by a previous employer for my compensation to be returned to them because I left.

I signed a contract upon starting at the company for a sign on bonus and a monthly salary. The position was not what was promised at all which led to me leaving the company. They are now suing me in Utah for 66k (the sign on bonus and all of the salary I earned during my few months there).

Q: Can I fight to get my PTO back from my company if I was never informed that it didn’t rollover to the next year?

Q: Can a retail business require both a driver's license and fingerprint for credit card transactions? Ink pad not scan
