An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. You could try that, but issues may arise as to notice - with either carrier. The general premise, regardless of jurisdiction, is that an insurance carrier needs notice within a reasonable time to investigate claims.... View More

This is why you carry auto insurance; to cover your defense of this action and potentially settle this claim. Don't get too worried, just make sure your insurer doesn't allow your personal assets to be exposed. You should ask your lawyer the best way to do that.

You were correct to plead the 5th, many people fail to assert their right to remain silent.

Unfortunately the court will usually find the search to be lawful since it will be considered a "Search Incident to Arrest". You will most likely be charged with a drug DUI due to the...

You didn't say what the issues are. I suggest you contact a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Assn in the county where the wreck happened. They give free consults, and can tell you your rights. Don't give a statement to an insurance company until you speak with the AZTLA member.

This happened in Arizona.

I rented a "sports" car for my vacation car for a week around 7AM. By 9AM I was on an intersection wanting to make a left turn. I had the green arrow in the traffic light so as I was about to turn, about 40-50 yards out a car hits the peddle and comes... View More

There wasn't a question here. If you're wondering which vehicle would be at fault, the one making the U-turn is generally accepted to be at fault. You could contact an Arizona traffic ticket attorney to discuss your best course of action. Good luck
