No. You have to have a license, from somewhere, to drive. If your license is suspended, it's not valid anywhere.

The DEA can arrest you for something non-drug related. If you were approached by a DEA agent, I think that you should contact an attorney who could then reach out to the agent to determine your roll in an investigation. Perhaps you are simply a witness, but you could also be a person of interest... View More

Q: Some Federal employees are called to work without pay during the shutdown. Is this a violation of the 13th Amendment?

I'm curious of your views. I can't really find anything about if this would even apply.

Good question - it's an issue that should be researched to see if it has ever been raised in any court, and if so, the outcome. My educated guess, though, is that a court would not find it to be a violation of the 13th Amendment because the workers are not working for ZERO wages, they're... View More

Well for now you are still the titled owner of record. You probably dont just want to let the vehicle sit or it will be towed and cost much more than you will pay to have it towed now, REGARDLESS of who agreed to what.

Your decision here should be more guided by whats convenient for you...

Q: I have been done seriously wrong by the city of Edgewater, Florida. How can I find a lawyer who will fight the city?

Every attorney I have talked to has said "Oh, we don't practice that type of law." What type of practice will take a case against the city? I believe the case involves violations of state statutes and federal civil rights under color of law under 42 USC 1983.

You need to hire an attorney to assist you as the fine is likely supported by the authority of the city as a governmental body.
