Technically it could be considered criminal trespass in the third degree if there are clear signs that this is private property or that you are in a housing development or section 8. If you were not charged by the police you likely don’t have anything to worry about.

You have two separate issues: 1) a possible sexual harassment case and 2) an eviction. Unless you have a lease on the space, they can ask you to leave anytime with reasonable notice.
I'm getting evicted my rent is up to date always paid my rent and it's a lot going on that I need to speak to someone I'm disabled on a fixed income I'm really ill and this man is stressing me out

Contact your local health department as well as a certified black mold inspector who can give you a report on the toxicity of the situation and what needs to be done to rectify it both temporarily and permanently.
