Q: What can I do about my friend being in jail for over a month and not being arraigned?

He was arrested on March 9th for Obstruction of Justice. His bond is $100,000. That's crazy!!!! Is there anything I can do????

Q: I recently discovered my sister in law posted false accusations about my husband and I on a website.

Slander is not a criminal offense. However you should consult with an attorney to find out if the slander is actionable in civil court.
