An Ohio attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for two weeks. Unfortunately, despite the bad treatment from the person, a practical legal recourse could be difficult - law firms don't usually handle such matters on a contingency basis. You could reach out to attorneys to try to... View More
Basically we don't initially get drug tested for THC until an accident occurs and if THC comes up they either terminate you or fire you depending on who you are is this legal?

Yes. Ohio employers may terminate for THC in your system. There are no protections for employees in Ohio for use of marijuana, even medical marijuana.
My 13 yr old son was physically attacked by a Walmart employee, when the cop got there he said he sees what happened but it was not enough to prove the attackers maliciousness and advised me just to file a claim with Walmart. Maliciousness is not an element of an Assault case. All that is necessary is that you prove that a person knowingly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to another without the other person's consent. So, malice is not an element.

Talk to your father. Ohio does not allow emancipation of a minor in such situations.
answered on Feb 6, 2023
Yes. Whether or not she has any custodial rights over you, your father can certainly open your mail. He can then delegate that right to your step mom, so she can also open it without permission.
Her name was on a students hit list. The police say it’s a civil matter. He brought two policemen to our house and took the dog. I asked the police why they were there and they said he wanted no fight. I bought and titled the vehicle before the search. Dont they have to get a new warrant since the target vehicle changed ownership
?

The warrant relates to the car as owned at the time when it was issued. Therefore the popo does not need to get a new warrant for a vehicle that transferred ownership while under the original warrant.

If you pay child support, you may be able to make an argument to claim one or more of the children, but it will be a fact-determination by the court.
If it does is there anything I can do to get that removed?

A disorderly conduct conviction will not keep you from owning a firearm. It might be a problem with the sheriff, if you want a CCW license. But you can always have the record sealed later and that generally alleviates the sheriff's concerns on minor offenses.
