Q: If I left the United States to my home country while being a DACA recipient is there anything I can do to go back?

I left with out having advance parole. What is the possibility I would be able to go and what would be needed. Or would I have to wait the three to ten years before I can apply for any paperwork? Does this include Visas?

Q: step father crossed the border and claimed to be a citizen. Is there any way to have him become one after this?

When he claimed to be a citizin he was sent back to Mexico. I understand this is a life time ban on citizenship. He has been in the country for over 20 years and has no criminal history.

Every country has their own process. In the US you can apply if you can present a colorable honest claim under asylum requirements and are physically present here. There is no quota.

You should put the child's father's name on his or her birth certificate. Or, if the father is not known or does not want to be in the child's life, you can leave it blank. DNA tests can confirm paternity in case the government raises doubts.
