How do I go about getting my dog back? I have proof that it was only long term temporary
answered on Apr 15, 2020
Ask your dad why, when, and how you might be able to have your property returned. If you can't work it out between the two of you, consider enlisting the assistance of a third party, perhaps a mediator to help you resolve the matter. If that doesn't work out, meet with an attorney to talk... View More

Your mom would do well to hire the attorney who gave her the advise, or any attorney of her choosing.
Still under my name but paid by her. We current still file our taxes together and everything looks like we are still together but I found out she is looking into child support even though I give her money every week like we verbally agreed. Can she win this case? She recently (2months ago) filled... View More

Contact an attorney to formulate a plan, and begin the process. Living more than three years Separate and apart is a non-fault grounds for... View More

You will need the consent of the other parent to acquire a passport if you do not already have one for the child. As Attorney LaRochelle advises, an agreement is likely your best course of action. If you are not able to come to an agreement, and you do not have sole custody, you will likely need to... View More
Vet very uncooperative. I ordered heartworm via online store, easier and faster for me because I can't travel to this vet because of the proximity to where I reside; they denied it because they want to see the pet. All my paperwork proves I'm the owner; but vet refuses to remove my ex... View More

Since you are busy travelling, have you ex bring the pet. They have to be careful of identity theft - even for pets. Of course if your ex is not willing to care for the pet then you are free to engage any vet you like in any area you and the pet find convenient.
I want to know what would happen because I was never aware of hitting that vehicle. I do remember driving that street that was very loud, narrow and full of wrongly parked cars everywhere
answered on Feb 17, 2020
Talk to your lawyer about making restitution and negotiating a more palatable resolution. Not remembering is likely not your best defense, especially if there is a credible witness who does. Hitting parked cars is not generally excused, even when they are "wrongly parked"
More importantly my concern is if it counts towards the Colin Foote act because I know I am close to 4 in 18 months

If you were moving, it's likely a moving violation. The condition of rain is another factor that an attorney would also be likely to argue depending on the conditions that you were to be in during the alleged violation. If you have had a series of infractions, you would do well to retain an... View More

Contact a family court lawyer(perhaps the one who represented you) to bring this transgression to the courts attention and remedy the situation.
They did not as such I was scared and called the police. I wanted them to leave me alone and they refused then continued to verbally threaten me, harass and get in my face when I was near the female. To me this is 100% illegal. Situation was in Cranston, Rhode Island.
answered on Feb 2, 2020
"Near the female" situations can be challenging both for humans and their companions. If the situation stops when you are not near the female, avoid being near the female. Free speech does have some limits. Contact your attorney if you are interested in bringing a lawsuit for the... View More

You may want to go to the court to explain to the judge that you wish to have the NCO dropped to enable you to enjoy cohabitation and co-parent. If you just really need help with the kids and you are, in fact still in fear of imminent harm that supports a NCO, then you should probably seek the... View More
