Q: 5 mil lawsuit in 79-80s in which the children of deceased never received any funds from the suit? Can this be recovered

Wrongful death and DUI. Grandma was guardian of children but she was in trouble by the law at the time and they refused to give her the money. Children just learned of the lawsuit and want to know if it can be recovered since they are innocent of grandma criminal activity

1. The children recover the money, not the guardian, so the Grandmother's criminal history would not be relevant. Q: Is she able to be sued and or prosecuted for animal cruelty?

My friend’s kitten escaped and ran to the neighbors house, and the neighbor intentionally put it in a pen with three dogs who of course attacked it. My friend tried to get there in time, but the kitten died at the vet.

Q: Daughter died of heroine overdose after over a year clean. Was prescribed Percocet after C section. Dr aware of history

At first she refused but needed for pain. Then her brother informed us she asked him to get her more he refused. Found dead month after baby was born. Does hospital hold any liability.

You can sue for veterinary malpractice. You can recover the reasonable value of your dog. No emotional distress. I don't know what "was exposed" means. He was naked? What does his "cane showing" mean? Why does any of that suggest that the attendant knew or should have known that the 81 year old was at risk of death?

Q: I am in search of someone that can help me obtain the medical records of my deceased wife. I believe she died unjustly.

I believe that the doctor (s) in charge let her pass by stopping her CPR treatment. I know there is a term for it - slow something or other.

Lawyer doesn't want to honor our contract because he got 2 cases that would've been profitable tossed out of court by cancelling all depositions. Now he don't want to continue with case against my sister's killer because he knows this person has no assets. But we signed a contract.

I don't think that someone who makes your life miserable is going to be liable for suicide. However, if someone encourages and/or provides other support for such an action, liability might be possible. Talk to a mental health counselor. There are resources to help.

Q: How do I go about getting a phone unlocked that may obtain crucial evidence about my sisters death involving fentanyl?

Not sure, but I would contact the phone manufacturer with evidence that I was the heir, or had legal authority to access the phone, and request its help.

If they are different claims, you can. If it's the same claim and they are jointly liable, then you can't.

You have left out a lot of facts: like why your brother did that? Why you didn't get the dog from the shelter? Depending on facts, taking the dog to the shelter may have been the proper thing to do.
