In Oklahoma, the age of consent for minors is 16. That means it is illegal (because it can't be consented to due to age) for an 18-year-old to have sex with someone 15 or younger. That is called "statutory rape."

When you are 18 you can live where you want. If there is abuse it should be reported. If DHS finds evidence of abuse they will have no problem taking swift action.

Therefore this is the same as possession of tobacco products (ie cigarettes, cigars, etc...)
