Q: Can a RALJ be sued under 1983 for rendering extrajudicial dismissal orders to preclude due process to the plaintiff?

Personal animus, improper influence, stalking my pleadings, manipulation of other judges to deprive due process by wrongful dismissal, and more on the actions listed.

Q: can trustees of a irrevocable trust be sued?

conned into signing a MOU, experienced malfeasance at the hands of them. subpeonas revealed they committed crimes against me and tried to cover it up. I want to sue them for large monetary damages, it's an irrevocable trust.

You should hire an attorney in or near the county where you were arrested who has experience defending civil forfeiture proceedings.
