This question is far to general for a forum like this. You should meet with your attorney and your CPA to discuss why you are creating a new company, and also whether it should be a subsidiary of your current LLC. Also depends on the tax status of your current LLC

Q: Under what agreement do I have to register my company which currently own a production company?

This company is mostly about making entertainments videos, movies,dramas,films and musics which is what I aim to achieve on this company. That is why i want to know how I can register it. At the moment we are screwed. The company has more than 44 new volunteer applicants.

Q: Can I use the name of a fictional city from a movie in my book?

The name used in the movie is “Koriko” while I’ll use “Corico City”. The cities won’t be similar in any way. I wanted to use the name to pay homage to the movie, but am worried about copyright infringement. Thank you!

Yes, you can bring an action for replevin to return your personal property to you. That email acknowledging possession is an indication of having possession of your chattel. You would be best served hiring a law firm that has both intellectual property attorneys and business attorneys. If your business involves entertainment, then you may need an entertainment lawyer as well. But most business questions can be answered by a business attorney. Best wishes.

Q: if copyrighted music is in a game, and you upload a video of the game with the music, is there copyright infringement

i had uploaded a video on youtube of beatsaber, in it there was copyrighted music, i got a claim from the music owners, i took the video down and deleted it, what can i do in the future to avoid copyright claims if there is copyrighted music in the game

Check with the music owner and see if they have distribution agreements.

You may be able to get some simple licensing to allow to do what you want.

Q: In 2001 a well known music artist signed all his right away under duress. His life was threatened if he didn't sign.
