Q: Puppy purchased from a breeder in Ky -said it was a specific mix of breeds, DNA test showed otherwise. Is that fraud?

It depends on what was promised.what the breeder knew and how reliable the DNA test is? If the breeder knowingly misled you and sold you something he knew to be false then that could be a case for fraud.

Q: Auto repair shop totaled my car on test drive after working on it. Rear ended. Do I still owe him $ ?

You need to hire a lawyer snd sue their owner. You don’t owe him anything.

Q: If alot of people got scammed from a website out of alot of money for example I invested 1500 was supposed to be a 10%

It was supposed to be a 10% return and u could take ur money out anytime for a fee now no one can take there money out now. The site was a scam and a lot of people got scammed can I sue ?

Q: Can my mother in law sue me for slander when my toddler accused her of touches his private parts?

All I did was confront her and took him to go get looked at by a doctor. Didn't say she did it or anything, just asked her why he would be saying things like that. They live in Wisconsin and we live in Kentucky

Q: My husband left and I don't know how to contact him. I have no income and cannot pay all of the bills myself.

Q: How do I collect on missed rent even though the tenant has moved out a month after?

They have a 3 month lease and only paid deposit and one month. They left the 2 weeks after the 3rd month

You can sue for the value of the dogs you lost. The “contract” between you and dad is unenforceable, but you can’t get emotional damages from a breach of contract.

If you have proof you paid her like cash or a receipt, you can recover. If you paid her in cash, you’re probably screwed.

You do not owe the money. The estate of your sister owes the money.
