First, the question needs to be asked by the prospective client needing the representation. Second, it needs to be asked of a French advocat rather than a US lawyer, and Justia is only visited by American lawyers. Third, this presents no International Law questions, but is best presented to a... View More

It's hard to know the whole story here. I suggest that you obtain private counsel to help you with this problem. If you can't afford a private attorney, then try Legal Assistance or of the advocacy groups in the Pittsburgh area that offer legal assistance at low or no charge.

Check to see if your local municipality has regulations for unauthorized parking on private property. Generally you have to post a sign that states no parking - unauthorized cars will be towed.

Contact the police to see if they will have it towed. If not you will have to have it towed and...

Probably not. I wonder if you might consider being a bit more sympathetic to your grandparents. You say they're health isn't good but they're still providing you with a home to live in, food to eat, and clothing to wear. It may be pretty difficult for people their age to deal with a... View More

If you are charged with a crime and there is a search warrant involved, you will get a copy of it -- as well as the inventory list of items seized -- from the District Attorney's Office when they forward their "discovery" to you. That happens at the Court of Common Pleas level, and... View More

Normally, for cases in a Court of Common Pleas, you've got 10 days to file a post-sentence motion after the date of sentencing -- and that could include a request for a new trial. If that post-sentence motion is denied, you've got 30 days from the date of denial to file an appeal to the... View More

I don't see that he has a cause of action against her for not telling him about his daughter. Unless she filed for support against him years ago, she's only entitled for support from when she filed for it. So, if she filed in January, 2018, for example, any support that would be ordered...
