A Tennessee attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. If they have receipts or invoices, those could help clarify expenses and the breakdown of disbursements in the file. Good luck

You are going to have to hire an attorney and an investigator in TN. Sorry but no other response is appropriate. Start here on Justia.
Lease is ending 10/31/23. renewal pulled.I have been quite sick since September and discovered on 9/17 an attic and HVAC that is leaking water into a plastic tote for last 2 years that I have leased. A Tennessee attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. I could only speak for the injury-based component of your matter. You could try to arrange a free initial consult with an injury firm. Gather any medical documentation related to your symptoms. However, these are... View More
A woman said that we were reloading suggesting that we were shooting at her and telling the officer on the phone this and he found out that it wasn't true. 10 officers held guns to our heads but had to let us go. You have to cross examine the LEO when he testifies against you. Does not sound like heresay for all of those facts, but probably some of it is. Without an arrest I doubt enough damages exist for a civil rights suit. Some other lawyer might want to sue, but I would not.
Multiple promises in writing, asked Corp multiple times for transcripts, recordings & notes for all interactions with representatives that I supposedly had access to as customer, I have large amount of those interactions & asking to compare in order to solve who is at fault to no avail...... That sounds like a potential breach of contract action on each refund. Possible class action. But it sounds like you have no evidence. Consult with an attorney. But be advised it may not be a TN jurisdictional matter.
The officer had lied and the ambulance had no reason to give me a shot of ketamine im.i thought ambulance not allowed to do that and i feel like i was being sex trafficked or endanger and i never got charged with a crime.can i get a compensation.
I got 2 syringes of lip fillers September of last year which cost me 1,800 USD. A few weeks after recovery, I noticed a large pooling of filler to which my esthetician assured me was normal and to rub the nodule, and give it time. Over time, however, it grew worse. Recently, I have had the nodule... View More

If this is a TN case, then you are about to run out of time under the SOL. Health Torts require a Good Faith Claim Affidavit PRIOR to suit. Unless you find a malpractice lawyer immediately that can find someone to assert negligence, you have already lost. The potential damage award may not... View More

That would be a GTLA suit which few lawyers know how to file. It appears that you do not have any damages, so I do not recommend filing suit.
My son was murdered while pumping gas on the phone with me. The murderer shot my son in the neck from behind, then proceeded to shoot him 4 more times. Then get back in the car and left the scene in a car that she borrowed to do this

That would probably be a good Tort cause of action Wrongful Death (civil conspiracy). But the auto insurance may be the only recoverable monies. or the Policy may exclude criminal liability. Do not go beyond a year from the incident until you sue. There does not have to be a criminal... View More
Afterwards he was trying to bite the mom and pull her hair. She said he got violent alot. My granddaughter had to get a tetanus shot and antibiotics. Would it be worth it to file a lawsuit?

A Tennessee attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. In terms of medical bills and any lost wages stemming from the accident, that would usually be handled as a workers' comp case. In terms of a personal injury action related to the bite, she could reach out to... View More

The driver's ball hitch hit our front tag, no damage. Driver continued on. We went to the ATM & are surrounded by approx 5 officers pointing guns at our heads. I got 2 tickets, 1 for leaving the scene & tailgating. We were STOPPED. WE WERE HIT. We were at our bank's drive-thru... View More

Since no arrest, only a short stop and detainment, damages are minimal. The Tickets(Citations) must be dismissed by the Court. So you need an attorney to go to Court on the Rule Of The Road Violations, and an attorney that knows GTLA law so a Federal Civil Rights Suit can be brought, or at... View More

There is no "average" settlement amount. It all depends on how much you have been damaged and how good your attorney is in convincing the other side of the risk and exposure. The amount of insurance coverage also determines, including your own "under insured motorist" coverage.... View More

Those are two different causes of actions, so two different demand letters, by the respective claimants only, would be better. But you definitely need an attorney. There are tons of PI lawyers, but on a rear ender with good liability, any decent lawyer should be able to handle it. Damages are... View More
