Q: My mom fell on a sidewalk next to a restaurant because there were no markings near a step or ramp. Does she have a case?

The restaurant painted the step and sidewalk the very next day after her accident. We have photos and proof.

They may pay the money into escrow and then let the court decide who gets the money in the underlying suit or they may pay you directly for the loss, given the fact that the claim against you is disputed and unliquidated. It’s really up to the insurance company.

Contact the Texas Civil Liberties Union; ask for the names of "cooperating attorneys " for police misconduct cases. They aren't that easy as all the police need is having probable cause to detain you but your case sounds like it may have something call the TCLU

Q: If i'm off from 1 job for an injury, can i work second job with injury restrictions

Injured at 1 job, they don't carry workers comp insurance but are paying medical bills but won't let me work with my medical restrictions. I have a second job that i can work with my medical restrictions. Are there repercussions for working my second job either for me or my second employer?

There is nothing legally keeping you from working your second job that can be done with restricted or limited duty. Q: Need help with my imperial rate for amputated index finger finger 2 joints lost and the doctor gives 8% which is too low
