Q: Hello, I was wondering if I could open a case against the DOD or the US Navy? I was honorably discharged from the navy.

I was honorably discharged from the navy after 3 and a half years for refusing to get the covid 19 vaccine. And recently the secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth has issued a memorandum that rescinds all policies associated with the DOD COVID-19 vaccination mandate.

You might have grounds to open a case if your discharge was directly related to policies that have since been rescinded. It's important to understand that legal challenges against the Department of Defense or any military branch require specific grounds such as wrongful discharge or violations... View More

Additionally, if the child is exposed to COVID and then infects other people, the parent who forced the child to take the child could be... View More

Based upon the facts you've presented, it doesn't sound as if any fraud was committed - though I do sympathize with your frustration.

In just about any case, non-payment of your mortgage is grounds for termination of the Automatic Stay in a Bankruptcy Case. The COVID-19 Hardship...

If you have no assets or taxable income (for example you are on SSI), or very low income, Chapter 7 may be a good option. Alternatively settling the credit card debts individually may be a good option especially by doing so you may be able to damage your credit less, as a bankruptcy will remain on... View More

Lawyer up quick! Your statute of limitations is only 1 year and 90 days, and you were supposed to file a notice of claim within 90 days of the incident. Your lawyer can make a motion to late-file the 90-day notice of claim, but if you blow the statute of limitation, your goose is cooked!
