What you should have done long time agin is to file and receive an I-131 Re Entry Permit for your return.

Currently, you may seek an Infopass in person in place an I-551 LPR stamp into your valid foreign passport to be admitted upon return, otherwise you will be stuck abroad.

The 90-day rule will apply to your case as well as the Service will review the motives and bona fides of the marriage.

If you have genuine feelings for each other, get married and start assembling all the documents to be filed after 90-days. If you marry to just obtain immigration...

It depends.
