did your driving cause you to CUT OFF another car, that then got in an accident?

if they can prove you were negligent, then they could present a claim... with enough evidence.

however, I think it would be an uphill battle for them without good independent wits

you should seek the guidance of a local criminal lawyer and explain what you have said here.

criminal lawyers defend someone charged with a crime...........they don't create a phony defense.

if there is video view all video to see if there is something that substantiates your comments.

this should be very easy...........don't try to do it yourself if you were injured.

If you were convicted there was obviously a trial that resulted in the entire jury finding you guilty.

a lawyer knows what is best for determining guilt or innocence and doesn't follow the demands of a defendant when it is not in the best innocence.
