An individual cannot force the State to pursue child neglect charges and is highly unlikely to expend scarce resources to investigate those charges where an individual underwent a medical procedure which was legal in the state in which it was performed.

Q: When States sue drug companies, do they make money from it.

Q: Drugs that should have not been mixed lead to my husbands death in the hospital. What kind of case do I have here?

Side affects from two drugs mixed that should have not been mixed cause him rectal bleeding and lead to his death while in the hospital.
