Technically it could be considered criminal trespass in the third degree if there are clear signs that this is private property or that you are in a housing development or section 8. If you were not charged by the police you likely don’t have anything to worry about.

You have two separate issues: 1) a possible sexual harassment case and 2) an eviction. Unless you have a lease on the space, they can ask you to leave anytime with reasonable notice.

No the automatic stay does not protect you automatically from a lanlord eviction. However there is a section of the bankruptcy code that allows you to pay the rent you are behind on into the court and force the landlord to accept it. Then you can finish the remaining months of your lease. This... View More

Covid protections for evictions have expired. You can evict them now most anywhere in Kentucky. Simply go to your district court snd file a petition to evict. Also, if you ever catch them all gone from your home at the same time, simply set their belongings on the curb, change the locks and you... View More

On what date and year did the accident happen? Generally, in Kentucky you only have one year from the date of your injury to file a lawsuit. Please let me know the answer to my question so I can further advise you.

Seeing the actual deed would be important, but basically you, your husband and m-I-l are either tenants in common or tenants with right of survivorship. Either way you m-I-l has a 1/3 or 1/2 interest in the property. If you and your husband divorce, she would be entitled to 1/3. If she and her... View More

The answer to your question depends on the terms of your lease. If your lease provides for it, then yes, he can.
