Q: How do I find a copy of a lawsuit from the 1962-5's and find out what the judgement was?

Go to the records department of the clerk of the court where the lawsuit was filed. You should be able to search by the case number or by the legal name of one of the parties.

There is, unfortunately, nothing other than reporting to the police. Perhaps try contacting the prosecutor's office; they are the ones who determine who to charge and with what, not the police.

Q: I was released from the hospital with a .2 blood alcohol content and I had to walk home and I fell and hit my head twic

I called the non emergency number and they sent out a police officer and he offered to get an ambulance but it was to the same hospital. I did not feel safe.

The first question to ask when contemplating a law suit is what are the damages? Did your son suffer a reaction to the extent of being hospitalized? Law suits are expensive and unless you have some provable damages, you may want to just voice your concerns to the school administration.
