Proving domestic abuse without police reports can be challenging but not impossible. You can start by gathering any available evidence, such as text messages, emails, or voicemails that show abusive behavior. I apologize, I don't know what notice you were entitled to without reaching the law and knowing exactly what happened. Why didn't you receive notice from your friend who was letting you park there? Why was it deemed abandoned?

You may want to contact the prosecutor and victim services. Since he wasn't charged for the acts you cite, it seems unlikely you are a victim in these proceedings.

I've seen a witness statement used as probable cause to detain. But I have also challenged whether such a witness statement actually supported probable cause, after the detention, in front of a judge. That issue should be evaluated in light of all available evidence and pretrial discovery,... View More

Character assassination isn't a "legal concept." Pursue to the expungement and try to get that pushed along. Ultimately, it is not up to the prosecutor whether to allow the expungement. That is a decision that the judge makes. You could certainly try to pursue some sort of claim... View More

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have a cyberstalker, and you're not alone. As many as 8% of Americans report being stalked online at some point in their life. In many cases, it's possible to get rid of the person on your own by locking down your social media and other accounts. But if... View More

I have the picture of my car part and I know the person who take my car part
answered on Aug 11, 2020
If you have evidence of a crime and know who committed the crime, it would be a good idea to contact the police so that they can pursue criminal charges and if the person is convicted, you could get restitution for the value of the stolen part.
No one was inside the car. There was no damage. Maybe made a tiny section of the car sticky. The person however is accusing us of keying the car. We did not.
