Unfortunately, we do not. This isn't a law firm or cargo loss recovery company. It is only a Q & A forum. You would need to reach out to law firms or other companies that handle such matters and pose your question to them. Good luck

Many more facts would need to be known before advising you of a strategy. For example, what type of accident were you involved in, who was paying your bills up to the point of Covid. who are the parties, who recommended surgery and when, has a lawsuit been filed, etc.?

You may want to look at another insurance company, as many won't charge an increase for this ticket.

if you don't have collision on your own auto policy and someone hits the rental car and damages it, the dealer's insurance company will pay to repair the car.
I never got to accident wasnt me in car never gave anyone permission dont know how this could have happened.

If it was your car that was involved in the accident there generally is a presumption that you were the one driving unless you can prove otherwise. I suggest hiring a good lawyer.

Each LLC should have at least three members and it's own insurance policy. All LLCs should be owned by a "C" corp. Anything else is not going to protect you from personal liability. You really need to retain an experienced business and contracts attorney.

For a First Offense you face the loss of your license for one year, community service to be determined by the court and a fine between $300.00 and $1,000.00. I suggest setting up one of the free in office consultations that most of us lawyers offer and then hire one.
We lost contact with this man and my father has almost no way to contact him. I had thousands of pictures and hundreds of documents on there and I am worried I won't get it back. How should we go about this??

Best bet is to hire a PI to find the guy if it is important to you, then you can determine what your best options are. If you can't find the guy you can't really do much. He did not steal the laptop and may have tried to contact you and he may say you did not pay for the services... View More

Police decoy at corner but by the opposite side of light pole away from crosswalk which is painted at proper place to cross at corner he was not in crosswalk
answered on May 14, 2017
I would fight this as he was not in the crosswalk, but will the officer admit to this when he goes to court will probably be your problem. But if you want the best chance to win get a good lawyer not a cheap lawyer as cheap lawyers are generally never good.

I do not think an easement will help. However, you can sue the insurance company to force them to make repairs. However, you would at all times be liable for your own attorney fees and costs. Whether or not a Court will Order the insurnace company to pay your legal fees is unknown. Good luck.
