Q: Can a lawyer request this from an employer, without any specific reason given?

Can a lawyer ask for your insurance coverages without specific reason given? He has a client that was injured on a job site. The lawyer sent this out to over 24 companies. Nobody has heard of this person. There weren’t any injury reports for any trades on that job.

You want all records of your cancellation.
