Get yourself a lawyer who can help you file a nuisance claim against your neighbors. Keep accurate records of each instance when your peace and quiet has been disturbed. Video and/or audio of the noises will be helpful. Don't delay.

Q: Is a search warrant required, in regards to digital information, while incarcerated. (FaceBook/PayPal/Email)

You boyfriend may have a claim, but I doubt you do. Unless you were hit by a taser, the information you provided does not show that you would have a claim.
