I am 30 now. But during high school, I went through a severe battle with depression. I was taken to see a psychiatrist and was put on antidepressants. I was put on a beginning dose. He’s continued to humiliate my mixed body type through his female ex-lover that he cheated on me with whilst the temporary restraining order has been in place. I’m suing him for $120,000 for medical expenses.

If you are suing him your lawyer would be the best person to ask. Only your lawyer knows your game plan and you do not want to say anything that hurts either matter.

i would point out (with your lawyers permission) how he treated/hurt you. If you have any reports/med records present them...

If arrested but not filed within a year that is long enough that a misdemeanor will not be filed..........a felony would be longer and DV could be either.

the records will probably be there forever but not available to the public

The DA will summon or serve you with a subpoena when and if there is a trial. They will also send an investigator before that to question you about what happened if it goes to trial. So the DA will do what they have to do when the time arrives.
